STAGES OF FILTRATION
STAGE 1 Mineral Stone
Removes sediment and turbidity down to 5 microns to drastically increase filtration efficiency and capacity and performance.
STAGE 2: Kingsorb
The highest grade of carbon available for drinking water filtration, its microporous structure provides a much longer service life than lower grades of carbon found in competitor systems. The catalytic carbon used in the SPX Series removes chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals, bromate, PFA's, volatile organic compounds, pharmaceuticals, biological and hundreds of chemical contaminants.
STAGE 3: Fluorosorb
A highly adsorptive medium that can efficiently remove or reduce fluoride, inorganic and organic contaminants including heavy metals, radioactive particles, and arsenic.
STAGE 4: KDF55
Removes chlorine, chlorinated hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, iron, and heavy metals. KDF is also a natural bacteriostatic to help prevent bacterial formation inside the tank.
STAGE 5: Scale-X
This non-chemical hard water treatment medium is designed to convert the hard water calcium bi-carbonate to calcium carbonate which causes the calcium to remain dissolved in water and disables it from forming scale. A reliable maintenance free solution to protect your water
